Danatoto Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing use of the danatoto platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the danatoto platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and do not proceed with registration.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and danatoto as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who reside in jurisdictions where use of such services is legally permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of danatoto services, you are required to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. All information provided during registration must be truthful and must not belong to another person. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password. danatoto recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately via the FAQ.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the danatoto platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- Cheating, manipulating, or abusing the payment system or game mechanics.
- Sharing your account with or allowing another individual to access your account.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Distributing harmful or threatening content, or violating other users' privacy rights.
Danatoto reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any breach of the above rules may result in action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without compensation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the danatoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your danatoto account. Use of payment methods belonging to a third party without written authorisation is prohibited.
Danatoto is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays by third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallet operators. Deposit and withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method chosen and the policies of the respective provider.
Account Balance & Funds
Balances in your danatoto account do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to other users. Any unclaimed balance remaining after a specified period following account termination is subject to a specific policy that will be communicated to users. Please read the withdrawal terms carefully before submitting any withdrawal request to avoid delays or rejection.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, danatoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including gambling losses, service interruptions, data loss, or device damage. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or continuity of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the danatoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, graphic designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of danatoto or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The danatoto platform may contain references to or information about third-party services such as payment providers. danatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Danatoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the platform itself. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Changes to These Terms
Danatoto reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.
